Complete renovation of a 200,000 sq. ft. 12-story building with underground parking. The existing electrical system was gutted back to the main 4000A board and then renovated with new fusible switches. New Feeder risers fed panel boards and transformers at each of the 12 floors for future tenant distribution. A 75kW generator was installed for the emergency egress systems. All lobbies and bathrooms, as well as the building’s exterior, were remodeled with new power and LED lighting.

Complete revamp of existing 60,000 square foot tenant improvement for Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate firm based in Beverly Hills. A high-end, retail-like work environment that also brought the outside elements in. Rooftop and courtyard lounges and organic, yet sophisticated, pieces outfitted throughout the space.

New three-story, hotel for Marriott, located in the Santa Clarita Valley. The 83,380 SF hotel consists of 140 guest rooms and suites, lobby, restaurant and bar, exercise room, meeting rooms with Internet hook-up, gated swimming pool and spa, guest and staff parking, and landscaping.

Center
Cost Value: $1.1M
New Construction of a 16,600 square Foot Resort-style, two-level Aquatic Center. The building consists of a multi-purpose meeting room, offices, locker rooms with showers, a training room, a lifeguard lounge and a grand terrace. The pool is an official Olympic size for sporting events with two smaller pools for the little ones. The lighting was Musco stadium lighting and controls for perfect night time play.

EXPANSION

New Fire Alarm and 5kv power feeder at the main "College of the Canyons Campus". Contract with Lundgren Management to saw cut and dig through the existing campus parkway's, while school was in session, to extend 2000 feet of new 4" and 2" conduits. The 5kv feed came from the existing substation to up the hill for a future building where we terminated into new man holes. Some of the trenches were 10 feet deep in order to miss existing utilities.

EL CAMINO CONVERSION

The El Camino project was completed in 3 phases. The first project was the site infrastructure including conduits for power, telephone, FA, chilled and hot water controls and Emergency call systems. The second phase included 15kV wire and equipment for the first phase conduit back bone, as well as new area and pathway lighting. The final phase included Electrical & Data Conversion. We connected all campus buildings to the new electrical back bone and provided for an expanded data network with redundant capacity.

A business complex covering 120 acres and 600,000-square-foot of tenant commercial work space located in the Santa Clarita Valley. Triple C provide continues power supply to research facilities while decommissioning customer's private 15 KV substation and providing new Edison utility service. New service switchgear ranging from 400 amps to Multiple 4000 Amps services.

The St. Monica Community Center Project consists of a 2-story community center building: a 1-story after school day care building, a 1-story trash/recycling building and a 2-1/2-story subterranean parking garage.

Cost Value: $580,000
New 1-story athletic building with on-grade parking lot and associated landscape areas. The site development area is 54,710 SF and the building gross area is 19,737 SF. The project consisted of a gymnasium with a full basket ball court and bleachers, a training room, weight room, his and hers locker rooms with showers and coaching offices. The power originated from a new DWP pad mount transformer to the new electrical service. Over 29 fixture types and systems within this project, including score board controls.

Aquatics

A new Electrical room with supporting equipment was built underneath the Aquatic Center and fed from an existing 1000KVA utility transformer. There were controls for the Pools, Jacuzzi's and pumps. New lighting controls were installed to maintain the stadium lights, dive tower and supporting rooms. A sophisticated electronic timing system was added throughout the pool area and integrated with the score board. We provided the supporting conduits and cables for the PAC 10 video camera's all around the stadium.

A new 42,000 square feet "green" worship facility in Valencia that features a 1,200 seat sanctuary with semi-circular wrap-around stadium seating, an outdoor amphitheater, a coffee house, a state-of-the art children's facility and administrative offices.

Education
Cost Value: $845,000
Located in the Santa Clarita Valley with 19,000 student attending the campus every year. The Culinary Arts Building was a ground up, state of the art training facility with multiple large commercial style kitchens to train the future expert culinary chef. Project included advanced lighting control, smart control electrical panels, site utilities, and high end architectural pendant fixtures located in the Campus dining area.
